The city will be calm and charming, npc's walking around + cars driving around.
Also pigeons flying in the air, camping on the utility poles ready to take a dump on you as you passby.

Thanks, I wanted to fill all the aspects of Grobuskna's life and story. Not just the horrific ones but there will be plenty of that in the next chapter. :P
I'm not sure why you added that black smoke, but it looks like that building is on fire.
