The jobs are simple for the Modelling, make weapons, props, environment, etc. and give the models to the Texture people so they can apply their textures and then the texture people give the Model to the scripters and then they port the stuff in.
I will need 2 extra mappers because it is frustrating to do a lot of maps by myself and such.
I will explain what I will need mapped.
Music making people's jobs are easy, Make music and sounds for the mod which will fit in perfectly.
This is for Battle, Non-Battle, Conversation, etc. Music. I will explain the details.
And Voice acting, I guess I could use a whole bunch people, But I will need some people who can translate Russian voice into text PERFECTLTY. This can even mean you Stalkers, Spetsnaz, Rangers and so on.
Scripters will do their job by making those files work and make patches and hotfixes for the mod and help the item development. Oh and I will need someone to make the Pictures and Logo for the mod. This is self explanatory.
