Mod is officially dead... due to the last 9+ months being rough, and priorities and responsibilities pulling myself elsewhere, this mod has officially been declared dead. Sorry folks, I did my best, tried to get support from fellow modders and got dumped on in simple terms. Some things just never are meant to be...

No offense here, but this is so obviously based on Battletech/Battlespace lore that it hurts. All you did was change the names of those involved.

Even the maps look almost the same. It really isn't that hard to come up with a original story. Atleast try not to be so blatant about it.

No, this is not based upon BattleTech/MechWarrior storyline. This is completely independent of that gaming universe. I do admit that Btech among many other science fiction works have inspired me to write my story and base this mod off of it. As for the maps, they are completely original to design, that I can confirm, however even the Btech maps were based loosely upon actual star charts, and was almost ten times larger in scale than this. I thank you for being a critic, I don't thank you for your bluntness. To put myself bluntly, I began writing a time-line starting from 2009 all the way until 2712 to have a unique history behind this. In no way will I post that time-line as there is entirely too much content.

Higher resolution maps will be available soon. Keep in mind these maps were designed according to actual star charts with minor changes to fit the story. The original maps were designed while I worked in a print shop and I have a map 38.75x38.75in Square, designed from Illustrator in vector format. I actually have the Circa 2712 map on the wall next to me as I sit here... ;)

This Mod will be released for Sins of a Solar Empire Entrenchment v1.03 or later depending upon release date for beta, and updated from there to the final version release. This will not be designed for Vanilla Sins (Sins Basic)... sorry, but this mod is designed to use the tactical strengths of Entrenchment and the Distant Stars mod by Skyline and team.
