It was your first day at work in the test chamber at Black Mesa Research Facility. But that day turned out to be the day it all went wrong. The test laser was running on too high power, and that resulted in that the whole thing exploded. You got thrown into another dimention. The first thing you saw was a bunch of security guards and Scientists from BM, the next thing, a bunch of horrible monsters. You and all the other BM employees got captured and thrown into a cell.
