TEOD-0.92 Balance Patch
After long time without updates I spent a time to make new patch for TEOD-0.92. It is patch for bug fixes and balances.

how to use the Iskandar correctly?
and why it only targets china power reactors?
and only fire once after the war factory(as new), doesn't reload and fire again even if I had to wait 15 minutes.
Could you re-design the Overlord tank (China faction) model? It looks so ugly.
Noticed that Russian Dozer's' voice is too loud compared to the rest of the units. When I make sound voices lower (via options), then I cannot hear soldiers and tanks because they become very quiet so I cannot hear what they speak. Can you fix it in the next patch please?
