It is always been a faction, just unplayable in campaign ))
But they still won't be playable faction, player in 1.4 can recruit them as mercenaries when complete some conditions

than just wait a month or so and jadlis sub mod will it make playable

i hope this doesent count as submod promotion (you said that you will delete comments like this ^^) but since you working sort of together i hope it is ok ^^

Moreover you can make some of the unplayable factions playable
through changing some lines in the faction folder but carefull this may crash the mod /game

"but since you working sort of together i hope it is ok"
We do not work together.
UP can make everything they want, we will make everything that TES TW really need.
And yes, everything that sounds like "this mod will make better than this" IS promotion. My opinion: I hate that our mod is perceived just like some base for guys who will make better. You just need to wait a bit and they will...

I am realy sorry than delete my coment pls

But i just wanted to help somebody who realy wants to play one of your greatly designed but sadly unplayable factions that is all.
And it isnt about beeing the base or what ever, take skyrim for example it is a great game but with mods it gets even better, why ? because every player can play or modify the game how he wants. I know you have your goals with this mod but you have to accept that ppl would like to play it in another way (even if it does not fit in the lore). I realy dont understand why you are hating sub mods this bad, they are just improving that masterpice, which you created in a certain way, that doesent makes your creation worth or better.
Actual i know lots of mods who promoted submods just because it gives their mod kind of diversety
Blame my nationality for the mistakes

We don't hate submods and very glad that people do submods for our mod. It's just bad experience with someone advertising very actively work of UP team, when people said something on our page they looking to see in our mod and hear something like "don't worry, you'll see it in UP". It's just making us feel nervous. But again, we are very fond of huys making UP and have good contacts with them, it's just was little problem that gained misunderstanding. But actually we don't work together, all submods are separate from TESTW.
In other hand I must say me and Nazgul don't like submods styled like "include-everything-even-if-it-is-unnecessary", like Divide and Conquer for TATW with it's tons of useless factions (only my LOTR fan opinion, no negative to DaC team). Again, there is no such style submods done for TESTW yet and we won't prevent people doing such submods.
I just trying to explain that we, as we think included in TESTW 1.4 all needed factions for this mod in this period. We have no reasons for creating playable ashlanders or undead just because of logics, that for example TATW didn't make playable Dunland or Dark Lord faction.
When and if where will be a big bunch of sub-mods compatible in size with UP or maybe bigger, we also will say which submods have our personal like. No submod will have our dislike till it respects our work (and we matched some authors in russian segment who tried to make submods to our mod without respect to it).
And finally I should say, TESTW is still in long road to end of development. Where will be more patches in future.

Very pleasant thing to read that your team is considering to carry on developments after the new imminent release (this is very beneficial to the mod! would have been wasted to stop with 1.4)

As regards other developments, well, you just explained the core essence... The UP may tend to have a different approach later on, but the goal will be to give alternatives/solutions staying in line with the core game and players will evaluate if they like or not.

Apart that, mhmhm, looking forward to playing the upcoming TES 1.4!!

It is Elder Scrolls. Where is no united undead faction in this universe, that pretends to be political and military power, like von Carsteins and Tomb Kings in Warhammer or Scourge in Warcraft, and make them such would be unLORE.

True, same with the Ashlanders. The Ashlanders are supposed to be cavalry nation heavily based on the Mongols. I think the base mod reflect this rather well (should have some guar archer units thou). Sadly the UP adds lorebreaking units to them, like elite crossbowmen and Ashlander mercs having glass armor and weapons.
