Global warming, recession and resource depletion has rendered only a few places on Earth still in the possession of valuable fossil fuels. This includes the ex-countries of Namibia and Botswana now occupied by the expansionist People's Federation of Central Africa (PFCA). This region becomes known as 'The District' when the South African government intervenes to help it's two Northern allies.
Kweneng has now been updated so that there are no more trees on the map as the area where Kweneng is in real life has very little or none. Instead the density of bushes and the grass has been greatly increased.

Indeed, there will be several 4KM maps in the first release with vehicles in mind :)
