Description
The Dark Mod v1.06 full version. Simply create a "darkmod" folder in your Doom 3 install directory and extract the contents of thedarkmod_v106.zip into it.

hi i copy to folder start with tdmlauncher all i get is sound and a cursor and just black screen. i am on steam version run sikkmod fine all other mods fine

Did you follow the Steam specific instructions for installing the mod?

Also, try running the tdm_updater insider your Doom 3\darkmod directory. Some files may have been damaged during download and that tool will repair them (etc).
Finally, if you have applied any mods to your "Base Directory" rather than keeping them in their own sub-folders that may conflict with this mod.
(For example: Is Sikkmod installed in "C:\Doom 3" or "C:\Doom 3\Sikkmod" ... if the former, if will conflict with TDM...)
I have the same problem. I have retail version of doom3 updated to 1.3.1
I used your updater - it downloaded your version 1.07 and few more packs... and still there is only black screen with cursor and sounds...
I have no mod directly in the base... Alho I did test some mods there, but after that I deleted all folthers I created.
Another Steam issue:
