This version is for 3.2 Beta October 5th 2009 only but there is instructions on how to use it for the November 27th 2008 patch or the Oct 7th 2009 patch.
There is a CTD still when you alt-tab out of the game (compared to the removed Aug beta). As OrangeYoshi pointed out, changing the EU3\settings.txt file to say fullScreen=no instead of fullScreen=yes will get rid of the CTD on alt-tab.
The new error log checks (vanilla) from the August beta are not in this release.
This version will not be save game compatible with any other version because the game will not load 3.2 beta (nov 27th) save games due to dating format changes.
here is the download and notes about the october 5 2009 beta:

here is the october 7 2009 beta patch:

all you have to do to play it with the November 27th 2008 3.2 beta patch is to use the 10.79 common\defines.txt file (and not the 10.80 one).
to get the Oct 7 2009 patch to work with TN 10.80 , add this code to the mod\Terra Nova\interface\Core.gfx file with a text editor (like notpad.exe):
summary of changes:
mostly just bug fixes, balancing, 3.2 beta (oct 8 2009) compatibility, Trade Good events overhaul.
