The TAU Mod release will be delayed till Mid next week.
Currently we are polishing up the mod, bringing together assets, final bug testing, and documentation
Then when its all put together we need to send it to DBN so he can make the installer.
so don't be disapointed because its not exactly the 6th.
also wanted to let you know there will be no DoW only version.. due to Balancing issues.

Does anyone know something about the coming Kroot mod.
I like Kroot! can anyone give me some information about the MOD.
For the basic crisis suits (the ones that cost 70/70) one of the weapons doesn't have a name or description, or anything or that matter... I think its a rocket launcher of some sort (top right of the weapon selection) Other than that, and the fact that the buildings aren't textured...
Also the Firewarriors are drastically underpowered, had 2 full squads behind heavy cover against 1 Imperial Guard squad and had trouble defeating them at range, then the Tau are useless at melee combat, but without the Kroot, thats understandable... It'd also be better if the crisis suits would be alittle more agressive as they move, noticed alot of times they'd just float by the enemy and not do a thing, especially with multi trackers, could they possibly attempt to kite them? Anyways, great mod and keep up the good work!
Good stuff :
1.all units textured
2.cool buildings models but untextured :(
Bad stuff :
1.More balance needed most of the tau units do high DMG vs Buildings :( for example the primary commander unit. Once I put him on the battle field I can rush the AI or other player - that's not good!
2.Voice is the weak point of this mod... Yeah, I know voice & speach recording isn't easy job but the "user/player" allways wants more :)

This a very very COOL mod !!!!! :):):).
But theres one thing i dont like of this mod and thats the Hammerhead gunship.
He is WAY too strong, you should make it that you can only build one of it.
Than it would be more balenced!
Nice! :) Will there be any graphic changes (such as better textures/new units)? Or there is script changes (such as better AI)? Or maybe both? :)

ill give WA a chance, but on the subject have you thougt on introducing the human auxiliaries as a new squad for the tau mod aswell, sice there are impirium defectors out there, and theyre common on the western fringe of tau space wich is the most likely place the tau would be fighting the forces of the imperium. theyd be a good sight fighting against the imperial guard or space marines. Unless theyre already in the mod - i dont know yet.
This mod has gotta be the coolest thing I've seen made by fans, But I have to ask if you will texture the structures or are they supposed to look like that?
