A handful! After beta release, a lot of people showed up to offer expertise in graphics, AI, terrain and RMS building.
For information about our team up until this beta release, you can read up our history here: Aok.heavengames.com

I have on request, if you ever have time to create another sprite. I was really looking forward to seeing the pike weilding haradrims.. Or easterlings... I can't remember where their origin is.

-I noticed another small flaw. In 'Alliance with Easterlings' for Harad, there are no Balcloth raiders.

There shouldn't be any Balchoth Raiders for Harad, so the functioning is correct but the text is wrong. We've improved Harad's alliances even more.

Sorry; can't edit. I was looking through your home page on AOK and it looks like you'll be creating an easterlings civ, that's great!

One more question... are mumuk archer tower's supposed to be garrison-able?

Yup, Rhun is getting its own batch of unique-looking Easterling soldiers, Variags, Balchoth cavalry, and the Wainrider chariots!
And no, the Mumak Archer Tower is not garrisonable.

Great, thanks for answering all my questions, I know I shouldn't be bother someone who has so much work to do. I have just one more suggestion/comment/question.

Are the units re-scripted? I've played a 4v4 hard match with every civ on every match and civs play much differently. They'll produce one type of unit. Sometimes they crank out banner-bearers, maybe trolls. Most of the time it's light cavalry, which brings me to my suggestion.

Someone commented that they wanted civs to produce units natural to said civ (mordor should mass produce snaga, Rohan should make horsemen, and so on). Especially on matches against mordor, civ's will go for units that DON'T cost gold. So I suggest eliminating the cost of gold from snaga, and making them a little bit cheaper. They'll be so much more fun to mow through with Eorlingas.

The default AI doesn't really do justice to ToME, since it isn't configured to work with all the new units and tech trees. However, we have people working on developing a new AI customized for ToME. Hopefully that fixes the issue.

Good idea about the Snaga. :)

Im really excited to see this on steam! Is it impolite to ask for a general timetable (when you plan to finish and so on)?

It certainly isn't, but we've got so much to do on our hands (so many new things!) that we can't really make a strict estimate. Loosely speaking, give us a month or so. :)
If you can't wait, whet your appetite with some previews of the new things over at our dev forum: Goo.gl (have a look at the latest pages!)

hello
congratulations on the incredible work
I hope that one day come a version for "Age of Empires 2 HD" in steam.

I have some questions about future updates:

1) Farmers will have different appearances depending on the breed? Example: Peasants would orcs of Mordor, well then, could have, peasants Elves, Dwarves ...

2) I still see the beta version there are many units of the normal game that could have a different appearance (not only farmers, but some other units that are "age of empires 2") .. further ahead, predentes change the look of them for orcs, elves, dwarves, either as spearmen, knights ...?

3) there will be heroes, they have some magic to get or use "passive skill" bonus for troops?

:)

Thanks, and yes, we are planning to make a version for AoE 2 HD too.

1) It's hard to make separate looks for the peasants, so no. Also, Mordor had human slaves, not just orcs, so it fits nicely.

2) YES! In the coming update, all the regular units are being replaced with unique looking ones, and a large number of new units are also being added! :D

3) Yes again! The next version will have a full set of heroes from Middle-earth across the ages. Players will also be able to create heroes at the Wonder. :)

Keep a watch for the next update!

Excellent game. Units are have amazing detail. I don't like the design of the Elven buildings but hey, that's just opinion. I haven't noticed any glaring glitches. **Just a few problems... After opening the game a few times, it stopped playing 'Lord of the Rings main theme' and replaced it with the standard medley. I suppose that if I reinstalled it, it would work just fine but I'm far too lazy. I noticed that Rohan, as an AI, will build the Hornburg rather than the standard castle for that type…
