Tactical Warfare is a total conversion mod for World In Conflict. Based off the Command and Conquer 3 In-Development Mod, the mod will be based on a conflict between Soviet Russia and the North American Union. Each side will be based on realism and will still feature a unique and realistic army based on the real life equivalent. This mod uses real weapons in development and the same goes with the technology it uses. Game play will focus on realistic tactics and weapon damages. In addition to the current weapon systems, Tactical Warfare will use several future concepts such as the Future Combat System, and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
Plot:
As the 21st century unfolds, tensions rise and tempers flare as a chain of events sets into to motion the largest conflict the world has ever seen. Tactical Warfare will place you in the middle of it, leading the army of your choice to glorious victory or utter defeat.
On 2012 the North American Union finished there prototype system, the Future Combat System. One year later, they mass deploy the Future Combat System to test hardware and software glitches. Everything is checked to run without problems until a engineer finds that there is a major glitch in the system. Engineers work daily to try to fix this problem. Without this software glitch fixed, the NAU is opened for attack. Finally they figure out they must upgrade every Future Combat and Future Warrior with a hardware module which will close this exploit. The only problem is that there has been major internet attacks towards the Department of defense's networks. Following this, a couple days later a major attack shuts down all Future Combat's hardware which is a major blow the the North American Union. One thing is certain, until they fix this problem they are left without the FCS and are stuck with old time favorites such as the M1A1 and the Stykers.

First off I would like to announce that Tactical Warfare (a mod in coming soon for CNC3) will have three factions (Middle Eastern Defense Coalition, North American Union, and Russia) brought over for a side project, a mod for World in Conflict.
Other then that, we have been doing some major reconstruction of Tactical Warfare which has been delaying the mod longer then expected. We are currently seeking for new members such as Press Release, Modeling, Skinning and other jobs. Contact me if your interested.
For now, I would like to release our first planned release date of a beta:
April 1st, 2008. (My birthday). We are striking to a earlier release date, but it all depends on our team and its activity.
We would also like to give word out to all our fans, we grow by your support!

We are currently trying to find new modelers to replace our inactive ones, this has halted development for now.
We are already working on this mod ages ago, for the command and conquer 3...but now where bringing it to WiC, its more like 40% done so i'm changing it to that.
What id like to know more is why didn't we see any of that 50%
1.How can u guys have it 50% done?
2. Did u guys start before the game came out?
3. Will u have the many uav, ugv, and other robotic tools as ground units or somehow as tactical aids?
