TIER1.5 SET BONUS CHANGES
Lowered all set bonus's between 25% to 50%, as was intended with the release of Tier1 sets.
Darknessfalls NETHERMILL
- New Challenge chest added to the Netherlord.
- Kill 15 of his Spellbreakers, and then him, and you have a 3 in 10 chance of gaining a Tier1 Weapon.

- it is ALWAYS better to lowball testing stages to make sure the fight is not too easy, at least for testing this you have a 30% chance, instead of 0%.

Darknessfalls EXECUTIONER stage2
- no longer summons IMPS that would transition into Netherim monsters.
- Summons Netherim monsters in the first place.
- Removed a few of the Executioners more useless skills, allowing his more deadly ones to be used more often.
