ShockFiles is officially declaring FTR as our first major mod. I hope you guys will find this mod fun and exciting because the people at ShockFiles (NEWS&RELEASE) enjoyed the pre-release V0.1 and V0.1.1 and that we are hoping to be able to release V1.0 for the public for a Christmas present from the people at ShockFiles.

I hope you would enjoy FTR since there will be three factions (Republic, CIS and The Trade Federation). we will be advancing Corruption use and we will put new planets in. This will all happen in the 1 series of versions, but V2.0 we will have a special addon, a sub menu (we are currently unlocking the secrets to that) and we will have a very important addon which will allow you to take a planet by several attacks not in one straight attack. So for example if I attack Coruscant I will first will have to take the outer yards, then I'm back to GC main when you have finished that but the planet isn't yours yet. The planets will be 1/3 occupied by you and to be able to take a whole planet you must take over all the sectors of the planet.

thats pretty easy to do, make it so you have to attack multiple times, just increase the photo size of the planet and add 2 planets directly beside it and it will look like the same planet on different maps
Nah it isn't gonna be that easy and I'm gonna add in a diplomacy screen and neutral will have there own faction also.
