Although very few people who've downloaded the mod have voted on it, I'm
glad to see that people are enjoying it (currently a 9.6; as one person
put it I must have done something right).
I did release a very small graphical & sound update to Swartz mod but since I didn't ask permission from the mod authors I used for it you'll have to search the Something Awful forums to get it rather than it being posted here. It's just a very mild, optional update.
Swartz mod v1.3 may or may not happen depending on a wide variety of factors.
First of all, I've been doing this for too long working on my own. If I continue, I really could use someone that properly knows LUA scripting and preferably has experience with the Stalker engine. If that person is you then send me a message.
Secondly, I may or may not have a lot of free time this summer depending on how things work out. If I have a lot of free time and there's enough content to warrant a new release then there will be a new one.
If people want to see the mod continue the most important thing you can do to help is leave feedback on what you'd like to see added to the mod. Also voting on or reviewing my mod shows me that there's still interest in keeping the mod alive, so do so if you haven't already.
I'll keep this page more updated from now on with any news that I have.
I'd love to help, but I couldn't code to save my life. I know how to bind keys via console, but that's about it when it comes to Xray.
This mod is great, and I could re-learn LUA again if I had time since I used to work with Garrysmod LUA scripting. Any links on the SDK for STALKER or info about it? I'd be willing to learn it in my free time, and could possibly be of help in the future.
