This patch should fix all crashes that were previously occurring. I'm sorry about the inconvenience. IMPORTANT: Go into your game directory and go into gamedata and delete the scripts folder there before installing this patch. Failure to do so may result in crashes.

Isn't what this patch does basically just take out all kinds of AI tweaks? What's the reason to do so, I kinda like Rulix AI :\

So i am getting a handful of weapon issues in 4:3
some modification tree and image issues as well as some sight alignment issues, also the pp2000 is shiny and silver...

It's not down. You're probably on the "banned countries" list. Just as i am.
Try to google SafeIP its free for personal use, take note for some advanced functions you still need to pay.
Install it and select an proxy either in UK or USA. Also take note that some proxies listed may not work just try with other available.
Also be patient even if you are not on the infamous "banned list" you may have some issues like broken pages loading. Just refresh a few times and it should load correctly.
