Stuka has finished our new racing plane. Based on a classic home made plane of the 30's "Knight Twister". This plane and the GeeBee will be used in our forecoming air racing. This Great looking plane was build by Brian and of course skinned by Stuka.
We also have a video created by our very own video guru, TR_Blunt showcasing a few planes of Surreal 2. The map and some skins are not finished yet, so this is not the true colors of Surreal.
Surreal 2 Planes Video
That is all for this week, but if you live in the United Kingdom, PC Gamer UK has done an article on Surreal 2 so check us out there.
Only registered members can share their thoughts. So come on! Join the Mod DB community today (totally free) and do things you never thought possible.
Downloads only available for registered members? Pff.
Seconded.
Best way to get nobody to bother looking at your media I can think of.
The video is also uploaded to ModDB.
Our downloads run like any other website. If you want to download something you have to register.
Sorry, my website doesn't run like that. Neither does Filefront. Neither do almost all mod websites I know.
Good you got it up on ModDB now though, I'll go have a look.
well I am sorry, but that is how our website operates
To be honest I'm not bothered. But the fact is, you're putting potential fans off your media with this delivery method. Maybe you should rethink it, especially for promotional media. I wouldn't mind registering to download the actual mod (even though some would), but doing that just to see a video? Not likely, and I'm one of the more patient visitors of this site.
Although i have Surreal on my watch list, i'd never register just to download media. Thanks for uploading the video here, unfortunately the .rar file is broken. Could someone look into this?
Thank You for the comments. I will rethink the being registered for the media. But not for the other downloads.
I will also look into the corrupted .rar file for Surreal 2 Planes. I would look at it now, but there is no winrar on school computers. :(
Well, the .rar file is about 4.4 megs big, including an almost 40 megs big video - this is highly unlikely.
