In the 21st Century, Humanity was warned of the consequences of global warming and paid little attention to the warnings. As years passed, sea levels rose and coasts were sunken, towns became flooded and entire countries became submerged. To cope with this global disaster, the world's super-powers swiftly created M.E.V's (Multi Environment Vehicles) capable of traversing the remaining land and travelling through water. However, in the face of extinction, Humanity refuses to unite and warring factions sprang up, laying claim to the remaining land and resources. Submergence is a multiplayer modification of Unreal Tournament 2004, focusing on Vehicle combat, on-land and underwater, with destructible environments. Submergence is produced by Aftermath Studios, a joint project between 11 Computer and Video Games Design students at Salford University.

Hello and welcome to the Submergence Mod for Unreal Tournament 2004.
At the moment, it's somwhat sparse, but that's because of the time it's taking to organise and upload content.
We'll make a weekly update with progress and aims for the next week.
Bear with us however, as we're University students and have other assignments to complete, along with this one. (Yes... this as a University assignment)
The mod won't be released until it's finalised, tested and refined, which will be our hand-in date for University - around the end of April. We'll give you plenty of eye candy in the mean time though!
Any questions, comments or feedback, feel free to let us know!

As you say pvt.Johnson, the maps aren't populated yet. Some static meshes, pickups, weapons etc. to go in over this week.
I'm waiting for people to email me their parts over this weekend to put up on here.
Thanks for the support :)
