This patch fixes most issues related to engine branch incompatibility and is designed to run using the latest "Beta" of Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer. Instructions on how to install and use it are within the archive.

To answer your question about the jeep not steering, I explained in the description of the patch that there is a way to overcome this problem:
- Enter in a jeep
- Save your current game.
- Reload your last save.
This should allow you to steer both left and right, until I find a proper way to fix it.

Or simply you can remove the vehicle file in scripts folder.
I've been waiting for this for a long time!
After updating and verifying caches of Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer as shown in the instructions, I just extracted the files over Strider_Mountain folder in Sourcemods, and the patch worked just fine for now!
If anything goes wrong (let's hope not), I'll let you know!

Update:
The issue regarding jeep steering has been resolved.
This update has no impact on previously saved games,
so users are able to continue from their previously
saved location.
