The Advanced Units Mod is a huge AddonMod
We just haven't replaced all ingame units and added a lot of new units, we also have change the gamefeeling a lot, so that now really epic battles can take place.

I have instaled the game as you say..however when I launch the game ,,a black window appears and after 3-5 sec it request a CD/DVD for EAW..PLS HELP ME ..my e-mail is fogame@hotmail.com

please take my excuse for the delay , i was away in vacation
my ssd owned the hapan battledragons(i think its what they're called. i might have mixed up the names). sure, i did have a large supporting fleet, but those hapan battledragons do pack a punch. either way, it depends on how you attack them. some parts may be slightly unbalanced but its still a good mod
normally, all the mods i play are under gamedata/mods
you don't go into another directory after that. and thank you. i believe that was the problem.
Is this for the vanilla EAW or the Expansion?

it has to go into the installed files? Directly into it?
when you have had Installed the Mod correct , there should be a Folder :
gamedata/data/mods.
That´s the destination where the Sau3.bat points to.
If there is no sutch folder , and you didn´t play other mods , then you could copy Sau3 folder inside the Modfolder to your gamedata/data and start EaW normal

Look inside your EaW Install Folder at :
gamedata\data\mods
there should be now a Folder called "Sau3"
If not , please Reinstall SAU3 and chose as Install Folder the Install Folder of EaW (i.e: D:\Games\Lucas Arts\Empire at War)
