The Past and The Future news - SturmMod Mod for Far Cry

A little more than half a year has passed since the first version of the SturmMOD has hit ModDB. And who would have thought that in this time span a mod based on a game back from 2004 and more importantly on a theatre play from the 16th century would accumulate more than 900 DLs on ModDB and over 2500 DLs if all hosting sites are counted together! Thanks again to everyone who downloaded the mod, gave feedback, voted and supported us! We hope to pay you back with the new content of the SturmMOD v1.1 which currently is in slow but steady development!
To everyone still waiting for a WALKTHROUGH: We decided not to upload one as we feel that it would counteract the whole purpose of the mod: enabling people to experience their OWN VERSION of Shakespeare`s "The Tempest" in an INTERACTIVE environment.

As some gamers, especially with slow internet connections, liked the fact that the SturmMOD v1.0 download was of small size, we plan to upload TWO VERSIONS of the SturmMOD v1.1: A SMALL VERSION and a DELUXE VERSION containing additionals videos, e.g. from a Projekt A.R.I.E.L. live performance.
