We the people of the Earth called the Tauri have risen up and taken our rightful place among the stars.
 We were once thought to be destined to become the great fifth race in the next thousand years or so.
time would have it we didn't have over five years of peace, before fate took over. The great interstellar 
War has raged for over a century now. Billions of life forms wiped from existence.
We are now the last line 
of defense for all Life forms in the known universe.
We have learned much from all corners of our 
reach. We have meet hundreds of races ,
some of which are our allies and friends. Others we have met 
have not been so hospitable and have banded with our foes.
The Jaffa Nation has risen from the ashes of what once was the Gouald empire. There rise has been
turbulent to say the least. There are rumors of internal strife and talk of renegade Gouald still with in
there ranks. They are a people that for the moment we consider allies, but as with any alliance it can fail.
 There fleets are great and number in the hundreds if not thousands! Our intelligence indicates
there fleets 
are comprised of Hataks, as well as Anubis class ships. The Anubis class is of particular
concern as they 
are a mighty warship capable of attacking ships, planets, and star base's with ease.
One of the most powerful enemies of life itself the Wraith now have the means of interstellar
hyperspace. There initial invasion forces were massive and the battles took many ships and
people from both sides. The wraith had defeated the ancients, however they were not prepared
for humanities perseverance and determination to defend life and live. We now know that they have
access to a number of zpm's and are using them. We fear that they have built yet another cloning
facility somewhere in the milky way and Pegasus galaxies. We have also detected several massive
wraith vessels on approach from Pegasus, our intelligence suggests that they are powered by zero point modules.
We are preparing our defenses and making plans as best we can.
When we were at our weakest moment another enemy emerged before us the Lucian Alliance. They
took advantage of our forces being spread so thin among the stars and have taken many bases
and systems. They are a ruthless people that only seek to conquer , destroy.
They massacre anyone or anything that gets in there way! 
The Asurans once thought to be totally destroyed have reemerged from hiding. We are on a routine
patrol mission when we stumbled upon them. We had discovered a massive planet the size of Jupiter
swarming with nanite life. The Asurans once thought to be entirely wiped from existence
are now back with a Vengeance. They are hell bent on destroying all of carbon based life. There single goal and
directive is to destroy anything and everything the Ancients had created. They have managed to take several
worlds and destroy and ravaged countless others. We are engaged in diplomatic discussions 
other races to help 
coordinate a counter assault. Our intel suggests that they have
built a Lantian 
class city ship as well as the Antues class which is capable of destroying our star bases .


It has been some time since we had last encountered the rogue Asgard of the Pegasus.
But we knew it to be only a matter of time. With the Wraith busy fighting us on many fronts the Asgard attacked.
There initial invasion fleets were massive with every major class of Asgard vessel. We had hoped that
we may be able to form a alliance with them. However they are different breed of Asgard,
they do not seek peace, knowledge and friendship. Instead they seek to only better there genetic code
at any 
means necessary. We were ill prepared for the opening salvos that started the war with them.
We did 
manage to destroy a large number of there fleets. However they were able to form a strategic
beachhead and take several worlds.

Greetings everyone 

 I would like to take the time to let everyone in on the progress and evolution of the mod. Many of you are well aware about the current state of the mod. If not then be warned it is playable on some machines and not others. The mod has progressed thru the years from  vanilla sins to entrenchment to diplomacy and now finally rebellion. Just a fyi to all that means the mod has been constantly added to over time .  The last complete rebuild of the mod was the port from entrenchment.  I personally did this , every single line of code file by file.  With that being said we are throwing the mod out completely.  We are rebuilding it from the code up. Everything is on the chopping block. This includes models , textures, abilities, fx, graphics, music , RACES, When I say everything i mean everything . The new SGI rebellion mod will be released in 2014. we will be releasing the mod to a select few beta testers early. Contact me for further instructions if your interested. Posers need not apply. Serious SGI fans only.  The rebuild of the mod will not be easy however is necessary for a smooth seamless game play experience for everybody. We are really looking forward to this transition and will keep you posted.

I will wait for you to actually really test the mod to make sure it does work correctly before i try to play it again. i waited over a year from diplomacy to try it in rebellion. i can wait again.

Oh yeah, i've been an alpha and beta tester for a few years, so i'm not some NOOB just crying in his milk.

I wish you great success in your ability to fix your once awesome mod!

hi, sorry for saying this, but your "Placement patch" could you finish the job and take all of the files that you worked so long and hard on to get them correct and at least place them all in the correctly named folder for us to install.

Then tell us to just put the updated folder in the mod, which the mod and win 7 or higher would ask us if we wanted to over-write the previous files.

like you as a modder should already know how to do. It does your team nor you any good to put out a "patch" like u just did. That's not a patch it's a collection of files which you neglected to tell us where they go! that's damn sloppy.

Sorry for being a better perfectionist, but there are ways to do things.

So if you choose to NOT place those files in a folder, correctly annotated so player will know there the damn .entity files go.

At least have the decency to tell us what folder in the mod to place them in. You could do that in your little instruction blurb that you informed us about the patch.

errrr, this kind of inattention should never happen. You all should already know how to do this every time you create something.

You need to calm your cheeky little face, this mod is not their job ! they are doing this in their free time to give us something to play in our free time. I for one greatly appreciate the effort and time the invasion team have put into this mod. you throwing the dummy out and having a go at them not only demoralises them, it makes them not as inclined to help you. at least I hope it does, because someone who cant simply ask nicely for things does not deserve to eat into these peoples time that could be getting better spent elsewhere. If your not going to be nice then **** off, If your a perfect modder go do your own god damn mod. idiot.

The game keeps dumping on me.

But i'm trying to play your largest map included in the mod hehehehehehe

I tried to load it all up, with the map that has like 240+ planets in it and i had the flagship condition set to on.
