Stargate - Empire at War: Pegasus Chronicles is a total conversion for the fantastic game Star Wars - Empire at War: Forces of corruption. This total conversion will replace every single Star Wars asset of the original game with Stargate assets. This includes units, buildings, icons, sounds, videos and so much more. Pegasus Chronicles offers 3 playable races, the Ta'uri (alliance between Earth and the Asgard), Anubis (a mighty systemlord) and the Wraith. Beside these 3 playable races, you will meet many non-playable ones like the Replicators, the Asurans, the systemlord alliance, the Aschen, the Ori and many more. Each faction will have several space and land units, well known from the series or completely new ones. Contrary to our first full version for the normal Empire at War, the next release will offer finished GC maps, in which you can play through the known Stargate storylines and experience a lot of never seen missions and adventures.
This video shows a short part of our new intro. The intro is completely self-made and rendered with Cinema 4D by McKay. The final intro will be about 1:30 minutes and of course contain music and sound effects too.
the Wraith weaopons and the railguns look better nice job
looks MUCH better
even looks like a real sga clip at a few points
Hey, read the description! This is NOT in-game footage, it's made with Cinema 4D!
But, if it would be In-game Footage, it would be THE Stargate Game of the century! ;)
Hi,
Feel free to say no but,
Would it be possible to get a copy of the Cinema 4D project?
I am just starting learning Cinema 4D and would like to have a look through and see how things were done in it, I am not planing to use the models or textures in anything that will be distributed just have a play around and see how things were done.
I will ask McKay, i will tell you his decision via PM.
Even though this isn't in-game, I wonder if it is possible to change the in game cinematic camera. We are all getting sick of the same old pans and angels. I know there are mods that change the ground camera.
wow first i thought that's really ingame... It looked like in the series.
Fantastic work on that cinematic clip.
Just wondering, can BC-304 weapons fire that fast and long? Because they always seem to fire slowly in the series. Little bursts.
Oh yes, have a look at the episode, in which the Daedalus attacks 2 Hive ships, which jump into hyperspace to Earth shortly after the fight. Don't know the episode name.
nice
very nice
Are you guys going back to the old model of the BC-304, because i would love that. I hated that dark one.
No, we will keep that model, but it gets a new texture.
hmm... nice idea, but please... poor camera is almost 80% of quality down... particles pretty good, but also there may be better targets and where is shield effect?
Nice work anyway but sorry, im also working with 3d programs and animating so take this as advice...
are you working with cinema 4d? maybe you could tell me how to make a shield effect appear, when a particle/projectile hits a shield mesh or something (shield bubble)
im working with 3ds max 2009... and also working on a new intro for our mod war begins... and i think i can make a invisible mesh around the ship and make there animated texture... it will be difficult to make it with hand animation... but i was unnable to find any scripts that would help me...
Is it posible to get the 4d cd proyect? its very cool!!
theres no sound but sweet cinematic 4d trailer
