Stargate - Empire at War: Pegasus Chronicles is a total conversion for the fantastic game Star Wars - Empire at War: Forces of corruption.
This total conversion replaces every single Star Wars asset of the original game with Stargate assets. This includes units, buildings, icons, sounds, videos and so much more.

Pegasus Chronicles offers 3 playable races, the Ta'uri (alliance between Earth and the Asgard), Anubis (a mighty systemlord) and the Wraith.

Beside these 3 playable races, you will meet many non-playable ones like the Replicators, the Asurans, the systemlord alliance, the Aschen, the Ori and many more.
Each faction owns several space and land units and buildings, either well known from the series or completely new ones, invented by us.

Many new missions and adventures in the Stargate universe are waiting for you...

Hello dear community,

Got some nice Christmas presents? We might be a bit late but we've another one for you. ;)

But first we would like to thank YOU for your ongoing support! Thanks to all of you we made it into the Top 100 of all Mods on ModDB once again. :)

Advent calendar 2014
(click on "HD view" to see it moving)

We all love the Asgard so we toyed around with ideas for new ships for them a lot in the past. But as you know we want to stay as close to the series as possible and there was not really a need for more Asgard ships as they are part of the Tau'ri faction. So we didn't created more ships.

But then in 2010 we found this:

New Asgard ship - Artwork

An official artwork of a new Asgard ship that was planned to appear in SG-1 Season 7 to introduce a new Asgard character named Odin. This was rejected by the producers, so we never catch sight of this ship in the series.

Alpha Omega Protocol modelled this ship and offered it to us, but without texture. As we focused to release the space skirmish part at this point of time we didn't want to spend resources on it.
However...our 2D artists love the Asgard too! To get his head free from the work on the GCs and ground Imperial created the texture for this vessel.

Watch the video to see it in action for the first time:

This ship named Sleipnir was once the flagship of Odin the Chairman of the High Council of the Asgard. It is almost twice as large as the O'Neill class. The Sleipnir was the prototype of a new class of battleships. It was built in the final stages of the Replicator War and should then be used against the Ori. To fulfil this purpose, the ship has a new vector shield system, advanced sensors,3 Asgard beam weapons, 4 medium and 2 heavy ion cannons. Also the hull is coated with a special Trinium-Carbon-Compound. Due to malfunctions, the ship had to be abandoned shortly before the exodus and therefore never went into mass production. Finally the Tau'ri explored it abandoned, drifting in the void between the Milky Way and Ida Galaxy. Using the knowledge of the Asgard they could reactivate and almost completely repair the ship. Although the Sleipnir only runs at 80% of its maximum power, this gigantic ship is a flying fortress.

The following community members guessed the ship correctly before the final reveal in our advent calendar: =СРБ=Ori`verda, Cailean_556, Epytron_Omega, deputy-dog, Spinobreaker, LOLROFL and Eaglestorm27.
Sharp eyes ladies and gentleman!

Please note: The creation of the ship doesn't mean that we will build the Asgard up to another playable faction. However it will be a nice addition to our project and it will have its first fly on a special map with the Sleipnir as its main goal.
Both will be released early next year.

Have a save trip to 2015!

No, the Tau'ri will have just units of their own (besides the Asgard ships of course). But the Free Jaffa will be allies of the Tau'ri in GC.

i have a really important question, as you know i changed the xmls for personal use and was wondering if the game/mod is able to do damage as low as .1 instead of 1.0+?

If you mean something like 0.2, then yes. The xml engine in general is cabable of handeling decimal numbers like for example in the "Radar_Icon_Size" tag. But I experienced some trouble with decimal numbers in lua code. Im not sure if it will handle this small amount of damage without errors, actually I think it should. You have to try. Testing and trial/eror is by far the best strathegy to learn how these things work.

heh, guys i know you wont make op ori or ancient ships buildable in gc, but just as i did in previus one ill add them buildable myself, possible making their price like hell of a big, but stil like to watch my ancient fleet tearing up wraiths, goulds or any other race :D. also an idea: why not to make a aurora zpm powered variant, we know how did that affect daedalous, and none of them in the show was powered by it, so imagine shields and firepower such auroroa would have :D

if you do that tell me exactly how, if the asurans/ancients can't be A race then an ancient armada will be the next best thing. Also i would assume all auroras are ZPM powered, It makes sense and the wraith said the ancients sent ships with ZPM's at them so..

ImperiaI Jan 11 2015, 3:34am replied:

Yeah that would be awesome! But, from the view of a develloper it is a bad idea to make overpowered units: Just take a look at Apollo in the 1.3 version.. you can easily destroy a fleet of 7 wraith hives without loosing the apollo => far too overpowered. But we could try to assign a icon of the zpm to one of the versions which "looks" like it is powered by zpm and maybe increase shields by 0.2% ^^

Jack_Hunter Jan 12 2015, 2:42pm replied:

Well, I think that's nonsense, sorry. What purpose should it have to give it another icon or an additional ZPM? The main energy source of an Aurora class warship is the ZPM, which means it is already in as a kind of main reactor. That's the reason why Ancients ships are so strong. Exactly that you will be later can read in the description. But for your own you can of course what you want.

Make sure to run the launcher with admin privileges (right click -> Run as Administrator).
If that doesn't help please provide more information: In what exact moment does it throw the error? Does it say more in the error message? Do you have FoC installed and can you play it without problems? Where did you download the launcher/what launcher version do you have?
