Star Wars: The New Era is the first large Star Wars modification made on a next generation engine. It is produced by Invision Games, a group of modders and Star Wars fans that have evolved from the Movie Battles 2 community and a mod team working on "Star Wars: Source" before. Star Wars: The New Era will give you a tense multiplayer experience for all flavours. Engage in quick Deathmatch battles, fight as a Jedi using the Force or use strategic teamplay in the Team Assault mode.
A tour through Jabba's Palace
We are nearing Christmas and Invision Games already has a couple of presents for you now. Our level designer Fazzer and texture artist Shadow have been working very hard to create an authentic Deathmatch map of Jabba's Palace on Tatooine.

This is the fourth Deathmatch map for Star Wars: The New Era. Jabba's Palace spans across several levels: From the well-known throne room seen in Return of the Jedi to the darkest dungeons where a hungry Rancor might just wait for you.
Fazzer and Shadow have been working well together to make this map as authentic and detailed as possible. We hope you enjoy it, too. All 10 screenshots of the Palace are available in our Moddb image gallery.

We'll probably be able to announce a more concrete date than "2008" soon. But at the moment, I am unable to tell you precisely, sorry!
Oh yeah, sorry for double post! Is the Rancor pit and the bay where Jabbas Sand Yacht is in there too?
How is this battle going to pan out? Stormtroopers vs Jabbas Palace guards (Klattu, Gammorean Guards, Lando in Jabba rig, Greedos etc?!
