Star Wars: Clones of War will combine the epicness and realism of Men of War with the Star Wars universe. Players will be able to command the Grand army of the Republic or the Droid Armies of the Separatists in a way never seen before, allowing them to experience the Clone Wars as seen in the movies.

Each vehicle and each soldier will be made as close to canon as possible.

Hello there!

The team is looking for a dedicated exporter to help get the vehicle models ingame. The role of the applicant would be to process the finished models in 3d Studio Max by adding appropriate helpers, emitters and other elements to make it function properly when spawned in Men of War! Those with experience with (and access to) a copy of 3D studio max and a basic understanding of .def files are preferred!

If you are interested in helping out, please leave me a PM here on Moddb.

Also, reinforcing our team is Max_91_ITA! Who will help us with various coding tasks!

Well proabbly never be finished well just keep adding and updating.. Ill put it this way. In a week or 2 Admin MP testing begins... So i would expect based on a guess on current progress for alpha public MP release. 1 to 3 months for Infantry MP vs Release of some sort. Messages just like this motivate us to keep working on the mod add in the extra hour becuase we know you all have been waiting. Your not the only ones waiting either we cant wait to fight all of you in epic battles. Keep posting dont be afraid to ask these qeustions its a good motivator for us to get this project to a public release. Commander i hope that Republic Intell helps.

Thank You General :) Haha ahh well i look forward to this, its funny how far you 2 have come, not that long ago i sent a message seeing if this mod was still alive, then i got a response saying basically wait and see whats coming, and a few months later here you are, new images, updates on your progress, im really impressed, cant wait to kick some clanker ***.. i still cant believe that really no one else has made a Star Wars mod for Men of War.. i though thatd be 1 of the first mods someone would make for this game :P

I personally would be taking members out of the 212th specifically 82ndsub division. Why? Because these troopers not only assaulted Utapau they also ambushed grevious himself while assisting Obi Wan. Imagine scalling a droid ship knowing the level your going to be landing on is going to be filled with enemy droids and your job is to clear the front for your reinforcements all while starring at Grevious running away. That has to be a awesome feeling watching a warrior whos killed dozens of force users just run when you show up with you and your buddies.

To everyone! The mod goes well! testing and formatting outlining multiplayer squads for infantry combat for factions. Expect your lovable Republic Commandos, and ARC troopers variented squads. As of right now battalions are being added to the design template. You will choose out battalions then to squads and infantry associated to the battalion. Based on the battalions film and EU references it will influence how each of the squad plays in the mod. If we see something impressive we want to translate what we see back into the individual soldiers on the field. convincing morthon of hardened variations of the ATTE to add has been... difficult. However nothing definet. In terms of jedi and sith alike were concentrating on how these mechanics should be brought down. I personally want to bring to the mod Hundreads of force powers with different cases and effect that destroy buildings and bring down stardestroyers(Yes im referencing i do believe "Starkiller" not a fan of the game however it had its moments) So will you possibly see a Sith Running around the field taking out huge lander and causing chaos for your own troops. Maybe. Infantry are attempting to really get down to the core of the troopers, weapons, armor, cost. Ability to wage hundreads of meters worth of chaos to each other in relentless amount of tactical play with a nice balance to each faction. Last week after work i spent a good time testing variation of gernade stats, such as damage, blast radious effect and force delivered. Its one small step to fixing crashes, bugs, an errors. Caused by yours truly when under high sleep deprivation! I mean i woke at 7 am yesterday and i am going to bed here soon... HOLY ****! ITS 11 in the morning GOOD NIGHT/DAY.

Its not much however the mod units are not ready to be shown yet and is being revised including the models. I know everyone here wants a alpha and well post up notes and other details as they are ready. I can say Experienced mappers capable of making multiplayer maps would be a huge help to adding content to a overall fluff to the mod as units will have much longer ranged capabilities then the original game. Up to 100 meters or more. Ill post up tad bits with morthon as we can. Working 14 hours a day then a few more modding... BEEN BUSY...... Hope you guys understand.
