Star Wars: Interregnum is an upcoming mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion that builds off of the highly successful Enhanced 4X Mod. Loaded up the Western reaches map as part of my continuing quest to retake the galaxy from the Rebel scum <Sneers disdainfully> when I encountered literally the prettiest skybox I've ever seen. Once I got my first ISD I had to show it off. Enjoy.

You know this is an skybox for the original Sins right? :p They might have took it out in Rebellion when they added the new ones, I don't keep track of them anymore.
I believe you may be right, I haven't had it in Rebellion once I think, although I have no idea why they would remove it, it's amazing.:O
