Well, I guess the Rebels really don't have a lot of supporters here on my mod. <_<

All that is required for evil propaganda to succeed is for good propaganda to do nothing... err, wait a minute...

If it's any consolation I'm more of a Thrawn/Kaine style Imperial than a Palpatine supporter.

I do prefer the Empire, but I really like what you did with the Rebels on this, the emphasis on Snub Fighters is great!! The Y-Wing is seriously bad *** with a good mixture of X-Wings and A-Wings to back them up! I have never made carrier cruisers until I played the rebels. And I love how the Cap Factory can add the extra fighter squadron to any cap ship, they have a lot of really cool stuff going for them!

yes the rebels do have supporters, we just support in the shadows and BEAT THE **** outta the pussy imperials haha :) Maybe that's why i asked you about if the vanilla sins factions had been beefed up. I was used to the baby empire!!

I've found over the years that a majority of people seem to more enjoy playing as the empire than the rebels. we, at least in the USA are taught from a young age that the Ruling class is supreme and only Liberals think about others rights.

The rebels are equated to the liberal tolerant people who LOOSE and in corporate republican America if you wanna get rich quick you had better be a greedy intolerant slavedriver so you can "do it to them before they can do it.
to you".

Kinda like American football, at a very young age your taught that only the game matters and winning is everything. That's the concept behind the Empire... Rule and control everything :)

I think both sides, empire and rebels are very balanced against each other. And players of each will develop new strategies to beat the pants off of the vanilla sins factions.

I play the Empire because I find both ideologies flawed, I just think the Empire are 100x cooler with their space triangles and badass armor. That being said, if we were to talk about Warlords like Thrawn or Kaine... yeah, I'd absolutely support their visions.

Well, both Thrawn and Kaine are still very much authoritarian regimes. They're just more meritocratic (none/not as much humanocentrism) than the other Imperial factions.

Now the Empire of the Hand does have some sort of implied council of member worlds (though it is likely much like the Senate in the Roman Empire, with little real clout), and the Pentastar Alignment has some elements of Corporatism, but the average person in either government has no political voice. The best they can do is join the government and hope to research a position where they have some authority.

Lol. Great job for making this into a freaking political issue. Give me a break. If anything, liberals are more like the Empire as they vote more and more power into the hands of the government. I don't know where you get that people are taught from a young age that the ruling class is supreme. That's kind of is the exact opposite of what they teach in American history.

Description

The Mon Calamari units have gotten their turn for engine updates this week. Fortunately they have fairly standard engines, so I'm sure they were a bit simpler for ERock72. In Return of the Jedi, the engines have been colored differently in its various versions, so we are sticking with Blue to give the mod some more color.

Also like the last one (that I posted), there's a tiny little extra surprise in these screenshots for the observant.
