So Imperials can build bunkers now, or is it only in some Imperial campaign missions there will bunkers, or will every faction have theyr own unique bunker?

The bunker is just a design object.

It would have been nice though, so you didn't have to build the fortress on key locations, but instead build some bunkers to defend. But it looks great.

bunker should be a cheap but less powerfull substitute to a fortress, but more powerfull and more expensive than a turret, and could garrison more people

kind of an "in-between alternative" between fortress and turret, only this time it can garrison more infantry inside it.

Could bunkers be made a thing? For the love of god. Please. That would be so cool. Having bunkers for each faction that shoot projectiles based on the infantry inside. Or make specific bunker-looking things that are like command centers in that they must be garrisoned to shoot, and like all buildings, become more powerful the more people you have in them. I suppose it'd be a little silly though if you had anti air people put in a laser bunker shooting lasers. Or maybe there are laser turrets that must be manned inside to fire... So many possibilities

Not currently. Though it is something we've thought about. The hangup is that units are not able to fire their original weapons when garrisoned inside of a building. If you put a Shock Trooper inside, he will fire the same standard laser as everybody else instead of his rockets. As far as I know, there's no way to change this. We can go with just the lasers if people don't mind.

That could be like a tower defense, more strong and thought that one tower, but for be useful would need at least a unit inside, and more units inside turn it more dangerous. Just like the Command Centre, but more military.
