Expanding Fronts is a massive modification for Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds aimed to breathe life back into the classic LucasArts strategy game by adding various new units, features, and gameplay elements. Each of the 8 civilizations are being reworked and enhanced to make each feel more unique and authentic to the universe, while maintaining the classic Battlegrounds gameplay. In addition, the Scenario Editor is being filled with hundreds of new units, buildings, effects, triggers, and objects to allow campaign and scenario designers more freedom than ever before.
i'm really waiting for you to release, biggest SW strategy ever and i think it will be finest too.
I like the way you create armies like Generals style.I hope you can find enough units(lore based i hope) for every army in the game
For the Empire, Rebels, Republic and CIS, that's no problem at all. But smaller factions like the Gungans, Wookiees, and Naboo are very underrepresented in the films/EU, and finding new content for them is extremely difficult. I don't like having to do it, but many of their new units might end up being made from scratch.
That's perfectly normal those civilisations has not participed directly to the biggest war on Star Wars like the Clone Wars or The Civil War they don't have many units for the fight contrary to the 4 biggest civilisations, they can maybe use as ally in the scenario of your choise.
Do you have "Essential Guides for ..." books?i don't have them but maybe you can find some lore based units for minor factions?
If you don't have one i can search for the books and look for them if they got lore based units?
They won't help much. They're mostly based on films and some more well known EU stuff.
And besides, pretty much everything from them is already in Wookiepedia and is up-to-date.
