Description
Please ignore the tech on the tech leveling icon as it was a really early coding.
So this is something i have wanted to do since i added in this faction so the mandalorians don't have everything unlocked right at the start to balance it out a bit.
So the story behind it is the Mandalorians bring the tech leveling to the table why the ZC bring the corruption and black market both worked perfectly which i didn't think could be done in foc until now.
i will do a video on this later.
