This mod will be a full space and land conversion for the Forces of Corruption expansion to Empire at War. I plan to have three different GC maps, each a different era in star trek. For skirmish battles, each upgrade(to a total of 3) will allow you access to new ships, there will be 3 factions for skirmish as well(star fleet, klingons, and a third faction) I hope to get more members to help make this mod, we need another coder and modeler, and a skinner, so if u wish to join and help develop this mod, send me a pm OR an email @ q789983 @ yahoo .com all help is welcome, and if you wish to "donate" some models, textures, maps, codes, ideas,ect. please feel free to do so. Hello my dear friends, welcome to the first Star Trek at War update in ages. I know you are all bursting with anticipation waiting for this mod to be completed. While at first the mod started out at a steady pace, it's now going at a slow, unsteady pace. Nothing has been done as far as the gameplay, such as models or codes, but I have finished what I believe will be the splash screen for when the mod loads up. I'm pleased with how it looks overall, if anyone thinks they can add in a cool logo behind the ships and captain busts, go ahead and send me the end result in a PM here on moddb, i'll credit you fully if it makes it in.

On a different note, you know that the mod's been inactive, and not much will be done for a while still, until a few friends of mine are finished with their own stuff. As I've said before in comments, I'm hopefully going to be getting help from some really good people, the leaders of Sci Fi at War, and Galaxies at War. Congratulations to both of them on their successful mods, and I wish them the best of luck.

Finally, on this update, I'm going to again ask you, the community of Star Trek at War, for help. If you have any ability to pitch in with a little bit of work, be it just one model ready for use in the game, or a full part place in the development of the mod, let me know in either a PM here on moddb. I really need help for this mod to become a reality, I've had quite a few people tell me that they really count on this mod to do something that is not seen in the Star Wars Empire at War modding community - a full Star Trek conversion.

Model done for the Star Trek at War mod for FoC this is not a perfect model but as close to the real thing as I could make it. Feel free to tweak it...

about tech levels.. there was a difference inbetween TNG series and First Contact ( FC era Introduced Akira, Soverign, Prometheus etc) What if you had like Mini Tech Upgrades? for TNG to the TNG Movies and From TOS to TMP style Ships?

it was just a thought, you could then have 3 Major Upgrades for the eras and Minor Upgrades for Refits and New Tech etc. do you get my Drift?

just thought that would be cool and would be 5 tech upgrade:

good idea but i think we will be sticking to what we have, refits will most likely be left out, or we will work on a unique system to add them in. in the GC there will most likely be some special event that replaces regular ships with the refits.
currently i am learning how to model, our modelers are going slow atm
i am also going to TRY and figure out the particle editor
i am making maps, not too hard
textures are way outa my league so we need help in that area
AND WE NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX OUR BUG (ships appear small and green ingame)

green ships are lack of shaders, you need to apply a shader in order for the ship to show up.

Okay thats understandable.

Sadly I tried at modding and havn't touched that Folder on my Laptop for Months :(

I've been pretty much waiting for RaW and STaW before installing EaW and FoC.actually im redownloading Return of the Clones as we speak. getting into the groove.

ill look into modding again and ill get back to you if i find that im piticularly good at something.

due to the mod not being finished yet, you cannot install it. all that there is to download are model packs and maps, and the models dont work ingame yet
