Fleet Operations is a popular skirmish and multiplayer orientated total conversion modification for Activision's real-time strategy game Star Trek Armada II. The project's goal was not only to create a simple "modification" but as total conversion to make Armada II a worth successor to the second best selling Star Trek game Star Trek: Armada (behind Interplay's Star Trek: 25th Anniversary by a small, but fair margin). Version 3.0 includes advanced graphics, a whole new user interface, completly replaced ship models, 5 balanced races with totally new gameplay and tons of new possibilities making Armada II a real real-time strategy multiplayer game.

3.2.0 is a full install. A previous installation of Fleet Operations or Armada II is NOT required. An incremental patch from earlier versions of Fleet Operations is not available.

Now after 3 weeks of hard work, here is the next version of Fleet Operations. Introduced in 3.2.0 the Romulans received an upgraded Generix class and as announced, this patch includes the first of the two promised additional refits - the Singularity Refit.
On the technical side we got another cool feature I have posted about in length. Many of the core file functions of Armada have been rewritten.
In combination with a new 'archive system' for object definition files, this gives a significant decrease in overall loading times. Additionally this rewrite allows the use of Modification Modules that give modders the possibility to create nonintrusive game modifications that are easy for the player to use and switch between. We are currently in the process of expanding the modding section of the Fleet Operations guide accordingly.

Its really pushes the graphical engine up a by great noch I was amazed, last time I played this was rivendell B5 mod and that looks so old when you compare it to Fleet Ops. I want em to do B5, maybe a stargate or starwars version?

Ugh. People. A Mod is for a game. That means. You need the game. Unless it's the rare case of a standalone, which generally only affects really old games or ones that are released for free.
