SHort little Demo of the Borg in action (WIP on the faction)
I genuinely fear that this mod will burn out my graphics card. Oh well, time to assimilate a new one-
Erm... I mean... Get a new one... Yes...
this game will run on a 8800GTX Nvidia on a basic gaming rig with no problems (you wont get the full graphics detail but you can play it.. so i wouldnt worry we have been testing this on a broad veriety of pc's)
Until last week I was running the mod on a i3 laptop that was four years old with a truly ancient graphics card. I could still run it on high settings but not highest. I tended to leave the anti aliasing off as well as the anistropic filtering as that caused a performance hit, but the graphics were still not too shabby.

This is also a good time to ask if each factions AI will emulate their faction from the Star trek universe or if it will just be a vanilla AI taken from rebellion?

Maybe add some varierty to that Borg weapon sound. It sounds like the eeffect from sfc3 and it's such a headache
I threw up in my mouth a little when that cube warped in. My stomach aches when I see this. You people are monsters for releasing the Borg on the alpha quadrant.
