Is their superweapon talking their enemies to death?
When I came up with the idea of the audiovisual subspace reverberation weapon, my people were stunned, terrified even! Entire worlds appealed to me to reverse my decision to build this great and wonderful creation.
Those worlds are now dust. Rendered to particulate matter by augmented and amplified sound waves. My sound waves.
The Federation, The Romulans, even the mighty Klingon empire now flinch at the very idea of a Gul Dukat, and the power of his majestic speeches. Cross me at your peril, universe. Cardassia will rise again.
Some have said my speeches are unending. Using this weapon, I shall bring an end to all those who oppose the will of Cardassia.

Sweet. Whwn you guys release the Dominion, you should update the Alpha/Beta map to have Cardassian space.
I have very fond memories of blasting these things into bits in ST:BC
Brilliant, but what will it be a cruiser because i do imagine the Jem hadar attack ship being the light frigate... thats if the cardassians are part of the dominion to come.

Awesome stuff! Talk to the fleet ops guys perhaps you can exchange models and textures - ideas etc. Not mentioning any Cardassian ships as Armada2 had plenty of them.
Here are also some interesting Dominion designs perhaps try to build on something upon that or even ask for permission to get em. all You would have to do is to enhance the models and textures afterwards and make em sins compatible:

It's a good question. It's also one we've had to ask ourselves many times as a team. We're hoping to include a system that allows you to choose between cardassian purist and the dominion alliance. I make no promises, but we'll try.
Maybe just make it one faction, but make all the dominion ships late-game research. Like, you start out Cardassian only and then gain Dominion reinforcements later on. :)
Actually, you could even make "Dominion Reinforcements" an entire research tree of it's own. Like, give the tree a single prerequisite piece of research (bugship maybe?) that requires a certain number of research stations to complete, say, 5 or something, and then all the subsequent research would be available after you completed that.
I think it can be said that two whole races could be made, one Cardassian and one Dominion, especially since Armada 2 has a whole Cardassian race to pull model ideas from, and there is a ton of Dominion ships and station ideas cannon or non cannon to pull from (ei bridge commander models, Fleet Operations mod). I'd have to say I like the idea of choosing between a Cardy race or a Cardy + Dominion race the best tho.
I'd rather they make it one combined faction, but if they don't do it that way then I'd prefer it be two entirely separate factions. I don't want to see a faction that reuses half it's models from another faction.
I still prefer individual factions other mods made it possible. Just use your imagination for designs of stations & ships etc. however if not.....
Also an interesting idea regarding the mix of Cardassians , Breen, Dominion don't forget to add in the Son'a as well it was mentioned in 1 episode and I believe in 1 of the movies that they were also a part of the Dominion during the war.

Oh, yeah. Definitely need to have at least the Breen and their energy dampening weapons. :)
