Now THAT's a Centaur class. I never liked the original look from the TV series because they looked too much like a saucer section with nacelles glued on. Now it looks like a saucer section with a slim body, perfect for its role in STA3.

might need to recheck your statement, this is about as close to actual-used model on-screen as it gets. in the on-screen version the windows on the lower saucer are clearly visible.
