Very cool, colder than a Breen winter.
So Breen is colder than a Breen winter???
Even colder when your also in a refrigeration suit
But don't they say that breen is actually temperate in climate
you are correct.. maybe they lived on the poles?
The Breen are a mix of different races. Some of them need the cold and other do not. They are like the Mando'a of the star trek universe.
i checked memory alpha and there's no reference to the breen being a variety of races
They are full of surprises
This is not canon. This is from a series of books that are (at the moment) considered 'beta-canon' as a long-term writing project for several Star Trek authors to make a more cohesive universe.
As it stands, it is suggested the Breen are an aggressive, wolf-like race who have more rumors and mystery surrounding their home-world than what a Klingon targ does in the dark.

I thought Breen was a very comfortable temperature but the breen themselves wear the refrigeration suit anyway.
