Any thoughts on my issue of not being able to even start a new game? It freezes up during loading or does it take a really long time to load?

Or is lacking any of the DLC causing the issue?

My game keeps crashing from no where while running, and a majority of the time no cause is given. Most of the time, I am in combat but my computer has no trouble running the game itself. Only one of these crashes were from a MiniDump error though.

This mod is a really good one, I never got the chance to play the other STA games and this gives me a great game to play instead of playing FPS shooters and such, thank you, and Congratulations to All of the Mod team for an excellent mod

Couple Bugs still are misspellings:

Utopia Planitia is spelled Utopia Planetia on the Fed Research

I've also noticed some misspellings in ship descriptions.

Also the Fed and Klingon military and civilian lab icons for building are flip flopped. This can cause you to click one thinking your building a civ lab only to realize it was a military lab. Consider placing them uniform across all races to avoid confusion.

Also, For the Pirate screen, maybe change the icon to a Maquis emblem rather than the pirate face of SoaSE.

Overall, the mod just keeps getting better and better guys, you are awesome!

Great release, very polished and a lot of fun to play.

Only thing I found to be not quite as good is the Klingons. I have the feeling, that they are a bit underpowered in the early game and some things in the tech tree, especially the ship research is a bit confused, i think. The names of the ship classes differ from what you get in the research tree and the shipyard.

And I still think the klingon titan is ugly as sin ;)

Another problem I found was with the deplomacy research for federation, i somehow fail to meet the requirements to research all the items due to missing previous research. I guess thats also some kind of confusion with technology names (Klingon, Federation and Romulan research pacts, or however they are called)

Other than that, really a big thank you for all your great work and effort you have put into this mod. Its truly amazing what you have created, the attention to detail, the ingame voices, the soundeffects and the visuals are simply outstanding.

as long as you use the LAA tool, and you don't set ambient occlusion or anti aliasing high all should be well.

Hey guys, I was going to post this as a topic but i didn't want to clutter the forums. Is it ok to disable/re-enable the mod from within Sins itself? I'd like to try Sins of the Prophets and Sins of a Galactic Empire but I wasn't sure if disabling STA3 would cause some issues. Apologies if this has already been answered

The mod wont start right for me :( The installer doesn't really work, and when It DOES work, the Main menu has no pics beside the buttons, and the 4 factions have no pics next to them, let alone the game wont launch!

I tried another way, deselecting the mod and reselecting it, but there was no new Enabled Mods file, so I couldn't load it without a minidump.

Please, I can't stand not being able to play this version! Thankfully the Beta works fine, or id be going insane!

Is it my PC or what???

In the future, if you're going to package everything in a .exe, could you also include a zip/rar/etc too? Exe's make life difficult when you're not running Windows.
