i have an idea. is it possible that you're running the beta? if so, you might need to edit the install path, as there won't be a 1.80 file, it'll be 1.82

Ahhh so a feedback report i guess.....
The game continues to crash at different moments in the game...
sometimes when im stressing the visuals with engrossed game play... such as scrolling rapidly between units and camera moment an such
When Janeway was destroyed I looked at what appeared to be the broken front half of a Visari ****.... and it was bright red all over... crash

otherwise Impressed to the MAX, loove playing to the old score of music and everything. peace

vasari damage mesh you say? Hm, that's not supposed to be there lol.
I'd always recommend using the large address aware application that came with the 0.95 download if you have a 64bit system (you can also get the app from the web). In addition to this some settings can eat memory. To my knowledge the most intensive one that's likely to cause crashes would be anti-aliasing. If that's up at max it can cause crashes on very busy screens.

Thanks very much! Haha this was teasing me yesterday, my internet was down for the afternoon when I got home someone decided to put a digger through the fibre cable in the area :S just as I noticed the next version come up.

Thanks for all of your hard work, time and effort to the team it is much appreciated.

I was also wondering in the future if you lot are contemplating about introducing species 8472 as it was in armada 2 or any other token races like the Kaison etc After you have brought in the Cardis and dominion.

We're not planning on having them as a playable race, purely because canonically they're more powerful than the Borg. Imagine it. Horrifying! You might see them in the future however as a random event.
