A Modding team is urgently needed to keep this mod going due to the fact that I just don't have the time. I am open to ANY help you can give me and with luck this mod may still continue to grow. The map StarGate Academy map for JKA is comprised of the traditional SGC complex with a gate which can be activated by pressing the contol panel. The map also contains brilliant mirrors, bathromms with activate able taps and toilets that actually flush. But this is nothing compared to the detail on the other side of the event horizon... Kasshyyk? In a Star Gate Mod? Yup. It's Kasshyk allright it even has these weird raptor things just out side to gate. But To all who read this... MODDING TEAM NEEDED!!! If I get a modding team you should expect another release of the mod in 2010. And By the way... Here's The video for the map.

It's done...I might add some more stuff later on, but V1.0 is released, DEX and I might release a singleplayer mod later on, but the mp is pretty much complete ;)
I do realize how old this post is, but I'd just like to point out that I am an experienced mapper for the ol gal (jka), and would love to work on a SG mod again. I say again because I was the lead mapper for StarGate: Event Horizon. A JKA MP TC. But we ended up shutting down... anyways, If anyone is interested in making a solid JKA MP/SP TC. I'm more then willing to work on it.

In a reply to my self. Also, I got a work around for the 2 gate thing. I have two separate Gate models, with separate textures, so you can have the MK and PEG gate in the same map with no texture glitch or missing.
i can not get mod to work but i have maps any 1 know why?
It saves for sg-1 windows cannot find C:\progra~1\LaucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\Sjik3(don'tmove) make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again and for alt it says it can not find the path specified
You can fix this: Instead of running the shortcut or batch file, start up Star Wars JK3, then goto setup, then mods, It'll be there. You can manually change between gates by copying milkygate.pk3 and pegasusgate.pk3 (inside milkygate or pegasusgate folder) to another folder, then picking which one you want and copying it back to the mods folder. Make sure only one of the gates(pegasusgate.pk3 or milkywaygate.pk3) are in the mod folder or else it won't work properly.
