I started working on the new interior for Yanov station this week, beginning with Hawaiian's bar area.
It's too early to show anything here yet, but we're adding a gun-runner NPC to the station, so Hawaiian will be responsible purely for liquid entertainment in Wormwood. Keep an eye out for an interior screenshot coming soon(tm)!

Thank you so much for this work. There is something special about the Zaton and Yanov maps. Adding more underground tunnels, sewers, basements etc. here and there would also be a nice addition (as long as they make sense and seem realistic/have a real purpose).

There's near the Yanov station are other buildings, why do not you connecting the building with wooden shacks / corrugated iron? And makes there own areas for the other fractions? Or underground tunnels between the buildings? And the Yanov Station will be the heart of the camp.

The area is very large and would be much harder to defend as a whole rather than sticking to the station building. The idea GSC used for Yanov as a ceasefire area is a good one, we didn't want to change it by giving the factions their own areas outside it - the interplay between them is woven through Yanov's missions and storylines.

I like HeinrichBhaal's idea... I mean, your mod = your decision
But the underground tunnels sound awesome!

You're right. But the size of the building and the number of NPC is not credible. Maybe expand the cellar? The lie on each other formally.

That's one of the reasons we're expanding it :) The plan is to firstly add a constructed second floor area, and we will see about the basement! Thanks a lot for your input :)

Thanks for your work! You make the modification, but we still suffer with you. And that you can enter more buildings and make the interior more believable,is a big Featuere! And that's unique on Wormwood, no other major Mod had it.I hope to be found little stories. Most on the map Pripyat. So many locked doors and so much lost potential.

I might have to download your thing, it seems like you put in more background stuff mor elife. That's what Im realizing I don't like about the STALKER series, at least Call of Pripyat. The place is dead, theres so much just wandering around and nothing happens I feel. I hope you can fix this feeling.

I agree. CoP is just big barren expanses with tiny pockets of detailed areas. There is nothing to do in this game D: I hope this mod will add more unique and detailed areas to all of the game and not just the tiny ones the vanilla game had--new tunnels, forests, buildings, and things like this would make the game feel new and improved.

Are you planing to change the Pripyat base interior and exterior too?

Not currently, no. It's not a proper camp (at least not during the story, and we can't alter the geometry dynamically) so it doesn't make sense to be properly fortified in this way.

The Jupiter complex is supposed to be way too dangerous to set up a camp there.

I like the idea of the Station housing both factions because this is the very front line of the Zone, a very dangerous place. In vanilla you don't really get that feeling, but maybe that's just a veteran speaking, where almost nowhere is truely dangerous. (one of the reasons MISERY is so damned good, everything is hard again!)
