The envisionment of TK is to bring you what was promised by GSC for STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, instead of the gutted retail release we were left with. TK aims to cover every aspect imaginable from gameplay intended to genuinely scare the player, to graphics for the absolute best visual experience, cut mutants, absolute realism, optimisations, stability, and a complete game mechanics overhaul, all without breaking the story. The idea is to present the player with a complete retail experience for the purist that liked SoC but wished it was far more fleshed out. In no way what so ever does TK try to be like old beta or alpha builds of SoC, TK aims to enhance everything SoC already has - nothing more, nothing less.

Please allow some constructive criticism of this quality work:
The sun tint looks a bit too overly yellow/greenish to my taste.
It doesn't look that well aligned with how the sun would tint in your eyes in this situation.
1:19 is an example of that.

Constructive critisism is always welcome :) I'm not sure why the sun looks like its in a weird position though, all sun positions are true to life and glare gets more intense as the sun lowers. What might the the case is how the video itself shows the sunset rays, objects in the game world tend to block most, if not all, sun glare if you look at the sun with something directly in its path.

The upcoming TK build is natively compatible with SoC 1.0005, so you will need to make sure your steam version is also 1.0005.

They just updated Steam to 1,0006 in August 2013, People are saying the 1,0005 mods work fine with it but I guess it depends on what the mod changes as 1,0006 did change more than just multiplayer bits. I recently read a thread about it at GSC.

As title says, video of sunset rays :) shout out to my man meltac who is by far the best shader guy for SoC, he cares about making his code perfect!
