soProject (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Online Project) - a modification for the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Call of Pripyat. Mod adds a multiplayer game scripting support, including ALife simulator. Returns artificial intelligence, monsters and stalkers will take part in online battles killing both players and enemy creatures.

Beta testing of soProject 1.0.0 is completed and version 1.0.0 is now available for download, with source code. Repeat the major changes during the beta test:

- Recovered binder objects
- Fixed bug with moving specator's camera outside the map
- Fixed player's configuration so that the monsters can attack at a distance closer
- Fixed crash when loading a singleplayer location on a dedicated server
- Fixed a crash when the server is turned off
- Fixed crash when changing modes of play through a vote
- Fixed a crash in the 'Capture The Artifact'
- Players are loaded profile and specificity mp_actor
- Fixed a crash after a reconnect client
- Fixed crash at contact to stalkers
- Fixed crash at contact to the zombie
- Are returned mp skins of players
- Fixed crash at spawn the character of the server on team modes
- Disappearance of corpses
- Stalkers attack player
- Fixed not constant crash at connection to the server
- Fixed crash of the server after recreation

For anyone that is wondering what my mod (NATO INVASION) or STALKER CO-OP (soproject) is about then it is for mp lan parties or tunggle/hamatchi based mp. But also can be played/explored (like vanilla mp) on your own with no other players. So the scripts the soproject do is to spawn mutants/npcs onto the maps that it has been coded for, maps that havent been coded in this manner will run but not spawn in mutants/npc's. Adds another dimention to stalker :)

Im not sure yet whether i will develop this further as my personal circumstances have changed but if i do then i will be trying to implement both the feedback ideas of my testers as well as the future versions list i have created at the bottom of my readme. As we all know stalker GSC is now none existant and it is up to the modders to create new content :)
I have created 3 mods infact, depending on which version u want to try there is a Clear sky version and 2 Call of pripyat versions (one with mutant and npc spawning and the other without). The reason for 2 COP versions is because of testing purposes, and although one of my versions include the scripts for mutant/npc spawning it is only for the maps that where originally done by STALKER co-op, although there is many more maps u can play and lots of other changes that every stalker would love. The scripts for npc/mutant spawning has a massive impact on performance for lower end pc's like my own :( I get a new better pc soon:) However the unscripted version is great for all pc's. The scripts for spawning adds a life like dimension to the mp and i can see where your enthusiasm for this to be developed further lies, as this essentially is the startings of a fully fledged COOP mp potential. i.e you and a mate can explore the zone together like never before, and indeed with my mod this is being done! The unscripted version is basically just the same as mp online but massively expanded i.e full size maps (not just a small section of one map etc) Other key features include - torch for mp, detector, full size maps, new textures for all mp players and weapons, new sounds for weapons, ingame mp music (actually stalker music from all the stalker series) custom configs for the mp experience etc.
OK anyway, hope this wets the appitite and i will start looking to upload the 3 versions with full instructions and readme's etc, once i have done this i will messege u again.

Ok first of all the nato invasion mod is completed and is in a version 1.0 stage but this is fully playable and can be released but because of the copyright infringements on other peoples mods i have not released it. However, for people like yourself that is interested in such things then i would send u a link where u could download a copy for testing and to give me feedback on what u think. I also was very interested in the capabilities of what the co-op based scripts could achieve in the original mod and this is why i developed it further. The original mod STALKER co-op, was made by scripting/coding for spawning of mutants of all levels and NPC's (friendly/neutral unless provoked) for the sp maps of COP about 3-5 as i recall. Some people have reported problems with some of the maps crashing as soon as the map is loaded, i believe a work around was made for this but was long winded and complicated due to russian files etc. In my extended mod (NATO INVASION) i have already made a work around inbuilt within the mod also i have done many other things #refair to my readme#.

Hello all, if u are still interested in this mod then i believe it may be dead. However, in my own time i have created a huge side mod which uses these scripts and much more. I have not released it due to it being a huge compilation mod of many peoples work and my own. If i where to release this i would have to ask permission from all of the original designers, this i promise to do. It is rather unconventional approach i know, but i originally intended only to use my mod to learn how to mod COP and it turned out to be a completed mod in its ver 1.0.
I will include a full readme of my NATO INVASION ver1.0 mod in the next post.
If there is anyone that may be interested in my mod which is available for Clear Sky (unscripted none-spawnable monsters), COP (scripted spawnable monsters) and COP (un-spawnable monsters). Then messege me with you enthusiasm :)
