We hope to have a such soon. But we won't flood the image section with mere in game shots.
Lately we expanded this:
And more items have been added to the game for pure reason of immersion.
Items that can be found in inventories simply for adding depth to the atmosphere.
Examples: books, shovels, different cigarettes and various personal kits

And did you read about our new logarithmic repair system?

In addition you can critique this new piece of concept art:

I was wondering would it be possible to create a stalker photo album whose images could be used for loading screens instead of the stalk pictures. The idea behind the photo album would be like the stalker journal but instead of quotes people could upload their favorite pictures of the zone or upload pictures they have created in photo shop. This is just an idea and I know there a probably a host of problems just thought that I would through it out there.

I could easily do such a thing. However I've seen many mods have in game images for loading screens and I think that it is a sort of unnecessary multiplying of the game world. The loading screens are perfect for widening the game concept. So I've come up with the idea of showing real life Chernobyl photos of people before, during and after the disaster. That kinda expands the game depth for me personally.

pripyat looks so beautifill now with all the overgrovn buildings and dirt i love the idea :D
and with that another painfull idea came to my mind as i was reading your comment:
the rain kicks up dust and the dust there is radioactive... so it would be cool if rain would give you just a little radiation that the closed cicle suits could easily handle and even naked it wouldnt do much demage just a little add to gameplay :D -just a taught-

It depends on size of water droplets, rain can as well "flush" irradiated dust and all into soil.
So this is pointless

Will there be more hidden unique weaponry? Like the Gewehr 43? Thats one of my favorite things about the mod is searching everywhere for supplies.

Not more hidden weaponry and goods - but more reason to explore the areas for valuables.

Survivor horror at it's finest, although slightly flawed. Once all the kinks are ironed out, this will be the definite Stalker: Call Of Pripyat mod.

With the intention of being realistic, it ends up feeling like its "overly" realistic, while some aspects make sense, others do not. The idea that a trained military sniper gets too tired to even move after WALKING about 100 yards, only carrying 10 pounds of equipment, seems silly to me. A normal person might get tired, but military personnel are trained to run for miles with much heavier equipment. The ai could still use work, their detection system is most certainly unrealistic and can be very…
