We are having a great progress with all the scripting that is being done for the mod.
Several of the mentioned aspects are stabilized and things are going great.
In case you are interested the current MISERY development team is:
N.Aaroe, trojanuch, CrommCruac, _xXxTWiST3DxXx_, alundaio, [TZP]Loner1,
BioShocker, David.m.e., Simbalime, ScarabParamit and Sowexly.
We are supported by Magnefy, 0800 and other cool people.

GENEREAL NOTICE
MISERY version 2.0 will not be savegame compatible as the majority of files are rescripted.
Starting a new game is required. Version 2.0 will be more RAM comsuming than version 1.1.

I am also having a problem with the mod, I have windows 7 32bit and my specs more than meet the requirements to run the game, yet when I get into the game under "enhanced full dynamic lighting DX10" and even the DX9 version and when I click on load game or even start new game it loads all the way and then just doesn't do anything and when I alt tab out of the game it says the xray engine has crashed..anyone got any ideas? Or need more information?

i was thinking last day about two things thet would impove realism :D

fist one is obvious :D : its about the "player beeing bored and pulling out the mag of the ak" animation. i have two suggestions about that with the same solutions :D cut down the pullup part becouse it allready has a bullet in the chamber and pulling the wrong side of the akm is a bit funny

the second one : i dont think if its even possible but it would be nice if there would be 2 weapon jamming possibilities, one when the bullet missfires and it can be fixed by a single pullup without tuching the mag and costs 1 bullet, and another when the empty shell stucks in to the chamber thats a tougher one and needs some muscle work ^^

hope its not a total dumb idea :D and btw im hungaryan so that explaines the bad english ^^ hope you can understand it xD

Well I'd love to test out the armor attachments I suggested. I pretty much have most of the week free and open so I can play/test the 2.0 beta most of the time. Your call though since I guess you already have enough people for it already.

Course I suppose we're all going to wait a little longer than expected for the new version ?

Would there be any chance of an eta? Or even just a vague list of what's new. I'm on the ropes of whether to wait for 2.0 or not.

Hi Dev Team, wonderful work on this mod!

Apparently... :( because I get the same CTD error within 5 minutes as CadianConscript (post from 18th Jan 2012).
Do you know how to fix the problem?
