I wonder, does applying a snork pelt to your cloak make you bounce? I kid, good work!

I will be REALLY disappointed if there isn't a fleshpig mask!

Seriously though, I had no idea this mod was bringing so much to the table.

Can you wear multiple pelts at the same time? On the picture you linked it seemed that some were hoods, while others were a part of your armor.

Since it's an attachment just like like Kevlar plates you probably can wear multiple pelts, also those are NPC shots and it's mentioned that they won't work with the 3rd person models for the main character.

Wow, not only does this add immersion it's also a really clever little mechanic! The attention to detail is astonishing guys, can't wait for the news!

:O does wearing mutant skin give you any special attributes like artifacts?

Yes - we tried to make skins variated as much as possible. For example you can expect all furry pelts to provide some degree of thermal insulation while fatty skin of flesh will increase your electrical resistance.

There are also down-sides added to almost every skin.

Your complaint about photoshopped pictures is perfectly justified, as their purpose is not to display and explain features, but actually to show ingame graphics. Really good point, Todd. I can't understand people who claim that you are actively looking for things you can complain about, and if you don't find anything, you simply make a reason up. This is so not true. Not at all. Totally not.

I know you said that the part about stalkers using pelts for camouflage was for immersion purposes only, but have you considered the possibility of making the pelts have camouflage value? And perhaps have the pelts get special straits depending on the mutant it came from? I'd imagine a bloodsucker pelt (if there are some) would have camouflage properties, or chimera pelts.

What about using a trenchcoat as an armor attachment? I noticed in SoC anyone wearing a trenchcoat had what appeared to be a SEVA under the coat.
