Are these changes for 4:3 or 16:9? |

All my fixes are intended for 4:3 resolutions, unless I say otherwise, but not likely since all these fixes I've done were out of necesity becuase I have a 4:3 display (a 17 incher to be more precise) and I'm not going to play the game on 1280x720. Edited by: Subway2033 |

Ah ok wasn't sure because there are some values with 16x9. Although I can't use it thank you for the work. Maybe someone does the other misaligned weapons for 16:9. |

Oh it's nothing. aim_hud_offset_pos = -0.09,0.0445,0.018 I have to clarify that I don't use the weapon fixes that come with the patches unless it's really necessary, but I checked the readme in Patch 2, and it doesn't include a fix for the UMP sight for 4:3 resolutions. So, this means that haven't worked in vain. Edited by: Subway2033 |

Is there any way to make the Galil sights align so that the front post is in the centre of the rear aperture? Also, is there a way to make the rear aperture look less mangled with weird jagged holes in it? |

And could somebody please tell me if there is a way to get the actors hands out of the scorpions model? |

Sorry for the late response, but try this: aim_hud_offset_pos_16x9 = -0.10200,0.039000,-0.009000 I can't fix the mangled rear sight, thou. Edited by: Subway2033 |

Someone got a fix for the STG44? They are to far to the left (1680x1050 Desk and Ing) Tried to fix them myself, but it made the Sight`s all over the place. |

Any 16:9 (1680 x 1050) fix for the sights of M4A1? |

I concur. Also the AKM's sights are off, and many others, but this is the one that bothers me most. If anyone is good at this sort of thing, it'd be greatly appreciated. I think this mod is great, but there are many problems with it still. Also a miscellaneous note, the AKM's mechanisms don't move when reloading. I know I'm only talking about the AKM here, but it's honestly my favourite gun in the mod so far. |

So, I'm really hoping to fix some of the mis-aligned sights when I get MISERY re-installed. (was messing aound with the SG552 and crashes on startup happened, were unfixable) Anyways, can someone point me in the right direction for doing this? |

In regards to ironsight alignment, there is a much easier way to deal with this thing. Some really smart Russian gamer created a nifty little program for CoP that allows you to adjust the weapon model's alignment while PLAYING IN GAME. You use your numpad to rotate and pan the weapon model around until it lines up with the bullet path (i.e the crosshairs you can enable or disable via the options). The same can be done with any grenade launcher attached to the gun. I'm not sure if i'm allowed to post direct links here on moddb, so i'll play it safe. The program is called "STCOP Weapon Configurator". A quick google search should easily get some results. Mind you, the instructions that come along with it are in Russian, but a google translate should transform that to a readable format for non-Russian speakers.
