Can I change these things that seriously turn me off from this mod Thread - MISERY mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

I like the mod and all, I like the increased difficulty, all but these thigns.

The AI two kill me, yet they take in about 100 bullets from me.
They have infinite ammo
They have the aim of Odin and his spear
Grenades are heat seeking

Those are the things that add complete artificial difficulty to the game and make it unfair rather than an actual challenge. Can I change any of these?

You can't change AI grenade accuracy, while in the same time keep your grenade accuracy on the same level. To put it simply, if you decrease ai grenade accuracy, you will also won't be able to throw grenade accurately.
You can make AI less accurate, but i can't remember the exact file for this[configs/m_stalker maybe?]. As for enemies being bullet sponges, install Odizzido weapon's tweak, it will make you more deadly. You can turn infinite ammo, but be prepared for enemies running at you with their fists

Does NPC infinite ammo even work? I've only once seen an NPC melee a flesh but that was mid reload and the flesh got close. I've never once had an enemy run out of ammo on me and have to run away or punch me...

Infinite ammo is on by default, I think. The only way to see the effect is to turn it off. Then they should switch to secondary weapon or grenades after running out. Now you have me curious, I will have to try turning it off
