Hi all, i am playing the 2.1 BETA. 1. I noticed that in the drop screen description for the Medium and Large Calibre Rifle Fixing Kit, base condition gain is 28%. However when i use it on my sniper rifles, the base condition gain is 18% instead. Did anyone else encounter this? 2. For 7.62 and 7.92 rounds, the highest pierced armor class is 'AIII'. Is 'AIII' supposed to be 'All" or 'IIIA'? Thanks in advance. |

Only the sniper rifles have this issue as for example a Akm does not. I think it is intended cause they are more complex to fix then an AKM. -- Avoid using autosaves, use hard saves only. Logs are located in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat\logs\xray_....log" |

Thanks ppl for your reply. When i tried it on my L1A1, it is also a 18% gain...Well, i guess L1A1s are more complex than AKM? |

You can actually use handgun repair kits for some assault rifles like the STG 58 |

Hi. My apologizes if this is not the correct forum. Write for some advice/help here. Bought a couple of Medium-Large Caliber Rifle Fixing Kits for the barrels I have (AWP, SG 550 Sniper) and can't using them: right click, pop-up windows shows nothing, just blue empty spaces. How may I proceed? Thanks in advance. PS: Doesn't work on assault rifles: FN FAL, SG 550 modern. |

The weapons you are going to try to repair must meet a condition threshold for the particular repair kit or item. Besides having to be for the right caliber, some kits won't fix things below condition 65% some 25%, etc. |

PS2: could fix the wrongly named AK-113 Mongol (the actual Mongol is more like the AK-47, this one is more like a Famas). Its all for now.
