Well, Bad First I Email STEELHAWK the Conflicting Files about a few days ago in hopes he could Merge them more successfully than i could. Well He Never got the Email so I had to Resend them.
Good news On the Other hand Though is that I Found out i didn't Update The MISERY files To PATCH 2 (Forgot), So I've Updated the Game Files and plucked out the conflicting Files, and Resent the Email.

It is a Menu activated By pressing F1 while in the pause menu in the Game. It's a FULL Test Console able to Activate Both Testing Weather Protocols Cut from the Actual Game and Weather Protocols in the Current Game, you can Force a Blowout, give your Self Rubles (RU)(In-Game Cash/Money) It can Spawn all Levels of Actors Ranging from the Weakest Most Untrained to the Deadliest, Exo-Skeleton Wearing Fn2000 Using STALKERs in all of CoP. You can Spawn Squads of people to but only on Certain Areas of the Maps were SMART Terrain is Located.

GOTZ is a Useful Tool due to its Easy MERGE ability with Most Mods. Such as you Create a New Type of Mutant or STALKER group or People you've Designed your Self, As Noted in the Comments if you Merge your Beta Mod with GOTZ you can instead of having to Implement a Testing Actor/NPC in a Map or Location you can just Spawn him directly, so if Crashing Follows or a Game Crashing or bugging Glitch or CTD occur you will have the Possibility of Replaying STALKER W/o the need to ReInstall CoP or your Gamedata. So it becomes a useful tool fr saving CoP. Now its Other Uses include testing out a Faction you've Created by letting you join it. Yes you can Force your Character to join a Faction. This Will Allow yourself to see if the NPC/Actors you've created or even creatures for the Faction, Get Along or if they're Successfully Hostile with certain factions or even if they're a Public Enemy #1 type faction so All Factions Attack you. In Short Terms its Great for Testing if your STALKER Group acts like it's Supposed to.
